helpful staff excellent service wild elephants

I found the staff helpful. They provided excellent service . The daily plantation walk with Ansel was educational. I spotted wild elephants in the distance on one occasion.

The set menu , though varied, did not quite match my expectations on certain days. I wish I had more choice. The apple crumble dessert tasted quite dry, with minimal apple filling.

The hotel includes a pool, it looked beautiful. A guided nature tour happens every afternoon with Medha , she shares extensive knowledge of the local nature. I liked that the surroundings are filled with diverse plants and bird species.

The staff were very kind , efficient, and helpful. One waiter named Mathew spoke excellent English. He ensured that all our needs were met at meal times. The hotel offers assistance with coordinating local visits.

The hotel grounds feature tea and cardamom plantations. I participated in nature walks with the resident naturalist. She was very knowledgeable. The hotel is committed to reducing plastic use.
